Week's Premier Performer Honored by PA- Monday, July 7th , 2053 Rob Martin went on a hitting spree last week against USPL Low A pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Quebec City Baby Blues second baseman peppered the opposition with 8 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In the last 6 games he hit .421 with an on-base percentage of .538. In the current season, Martin has put up a .211 batting average with 28 hits, 5 home runs, 17 runs batted in and scored 23 runs. |
