Season Possibly Over for Carlos Mejía Friday, May 2nd , 2053 Carlos Mejía has to call it a season. The Virginia Beach Whales starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Athletic Club KC Academy and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Mejía was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as bone chips in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 7 months. |
