Top PAA Reliever Honored Friday, October 3rd , 2053 The manager of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles said he always had confidence handing the ball to Gustavo Carrillo out of the bullpen. The 27-year-old was a dominant performer all year for Mercer Island and his efforts have been rewarded with the USPL Double A Reliever of the Year Award for 2053.
