4-Game Suspensions for Hung-Mack Fight Saturday, June 21st , 2053 During a recent Asheville-Gulf Coast game at Asheville Park, Su-shun Hung of the Highlanders and Jim Mack of the Turbeaus got into an altercation on the field and had to be separated from each other as the benches emptied. Both players knew they would have to face the music and today the league commissioner's office announced their punishments. They have been given 4-game suspensions because of their actions. Currently Hung is batting .232 with 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and 15 runs scored. Checking out his stats for the season, Mack has racked up 1 win and 1 loss in 2 starts, 4.94 ERA and struck out 9 batters in 27.1 innings. |
