SAA Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 25th , 2053 Fakhiri Abdul-Hakim went on a hitting spree last week against USSL Double A pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Yakima Hops first baseman peppered the opposition with 15 hits in 24 at-bats, 5 home runs, 7 RBIs and 14 runs scored. In the last 6 games he hit .625 with an on-base percentage of .667. This season Abdul-Hakim is batting .257 with 67 hits, 13 home runs, 29 RBIs, .339 OBP and has scored 44 runs. |
