Olympia Third Baseman Picked SAA Player of the Week Monday, August 4th , 2053 David Grassley is respected by most Olympia Ogres fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USSL Double A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .529 average (9-for-17) with 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Grassley is batting .217 this season in 72 games with 7 home runs, 28 RBIs and 22 runs scored. He has 49 hits in 226 at-bats. |
