Year Ends for Norris Miller in Pine Island Thursday, June 19th , 2053 When Pine Island starting pitcher Norris Miller was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Dolphins-Pilgrims game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Miller had sustained a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 10 months. Thus far this season, Miller has tossed 29 innings in 7 starts, fanned 22 batters, walked 17 and put up a 3.41 ERA with 1 win and no losses. |
