Payne, Jones Suspended for Fracas Saturday, May 10th , 2053 Milo Payne of the Tacoma Fur Traders and Myles Jones of the Casper Ghosts will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Fur Traders-Ghosts game at Ballpark of Tacoma. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Payne and Jones will begin serving them soon. So far this year Payne has hit .120 with 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. |
