Day Captures SAAA Batter of Month Award Monday, September 1st , 2053 Sonny Day is likely in no rush to flip the calendar over. The Calgary right fielder had a huge month in August and has been named the USSL Triple A Batter of the Month. On the month, he posted a .241 batting average, with 8 home runs, 17 RBIs, 12 runs scored and a .318 on-base percentage. So far this season Day has put up a .197 batting average with 61 hits, 15 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
