League Suspends Barbaran and Frost for Fisticuffs Monday, August 11th , 2053 Grover Barbaran of the Baton Rouge Brass and Rich Frost of the Kansas Rainbeaus received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Brass Field. This year Barbaran is hitting .274 with 61 hits, 4 home runs, 23 RBIs and has scored 24 runs. This season-to-date, Frost has fashioned a 3-6 mark and 5.12 ERA in 84.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .252 against him and he has logged 88 strikeouts. |
