Lake Monsters Come up Short of Playoffs Tuesday, September 16th , 2053 The dreams of a playoff berth are over for the Vermont Lake Monsters. The club today was officially eliminated from postseason contention. Vermont last appeared in the postseason in 2045. This is their 8th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 21 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Lake Monsters have only made the playoffs once. Vermont has won the 3L AAA Championship 2 times in their history. |
