Adams Nabs 3L Outstanding Hitter Award Tuesday, November 4th , 2053 The manager of the Kingston Township Knights said he thinks Tyler Adams is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 25, but it will be hard to top the center fielder's 2053 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Menard's Third League Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .317 batting average and a .429 on-base percentage this year. In 104 games he piled up 121 hits, 21 doubles, 4 triples, 32 home runs, 89 RBIs and 80 runs scored. Osvaldo Ardiles of the D.C. Divided finished second in voting, while Christiaan Bunschoten of the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids finished third. |
