SL Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, November 4th , 2053 Imbart Theunen said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 26 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Long Island Lighthouse rising star has won the United States Silver League Reliever of the Year Award for 2053. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.66 ERA over 48.2 innings. He also had 28 saves in 42 relief appearances, 59 strikeouts and only 12 walks. Terry Lesage of the Oakland Oaks finished second in voting, while Michael Knight of the Vancouver Grey Wolves finished third. |
