Vancouver-Seattle Fight Results in Suspensions Friday, August 29th , 2053 Luzvimindo Layug of the Vancouver Grey Wolves and Howard Randolph of the Seattle Rocketeers received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Wolf Den in Vancouver. So far this season Layug is batting .243 with 12 home runs, 33 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He has 51 hits in 210 at-bats, 11 walks and a .287 OBP. Layug has played in 55 games. Randolph has made 18 starts so far this year and put up a 6-4 won-lost record with a 2.35 ERA. In 103.1 innings he has allowed 76 hits, walked 26 and struck out 148. |
