Best PA Reliever Named Monday, September 22nd , 2053 At the young age of only 22, Darryl Smith has been named the USPL Single A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2053. The future appears bright for the Lake Erie Arryns relief ace, who captured the award with 13 saves in 37 relief appearances, 57 strikeouts in 53.2 innings and a record of 5-3 to go with his 1.01 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Rob Sawyer of the Columbia River Rats finished second in voting, while Tai sun Huo of the Cut Off Crawdads finished third.
