Great Week for Columbia's Andy McGee Monday, July 14th , 2053 Andy McGee is respected by most Columbia River Rats fans for his no-frills style of play. The 22-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USPL Single A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .412 average (7-for-17) with 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This year McGee is hitting .211, produced 30 RBIs and 10 home runs, scored 22 times and gotten on base at a .278 rate. |
