Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Kennesaw Wednesday, July 30th , 2053 Claude Thomas said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Kennesaw Jets after they missed the USSL Single A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Kennesaw last appeared in the postseason in 2035. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 14 - year history. Kennesaw has won the SL A Championship 5 times in their history. |
