Trudgeon Hits in 20 Straight Games Thursday, July 3rd , 2053 Graham Trudgeon of the Walla Walla Walleye extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with 2 hits in today's 13-0 triumph over the Levittown Blue Dragons at The Cave at Levittown. "Graham has been making it easy for me to pencil his name in the lineup every day," Walleye manager Calvin Beck joked after the game. Graham Trudgeon flied out in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit a two-run triple in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. Thus far this year Trudgeon has hit .280 with 1 home run and 21 RBIs. |
