Tim Thomas discovered that today at Ballpark of Yucca Valley, as he smashed three home runs during the 5-1 Yucca Valley Yellows win over the Rocky Mountain Vibes. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Yucca Valley right fielder said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Thomas finished the day with 4 hits in 4 at-bats and 4 RBIs.
