Lahtela goes 3-for-4 to Power Stingers Offense
The Toledo Stingers beat the Hollywood Shredders, 5-3, at The Hollywood Bowl. Heikki Lahtela, in particular, was impressive. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. Etana Nara snagged the win in relief. In 2.2 innings, the left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits. He's now 4-1 on the season. Bailey Telfer was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 3 of 4 save opportunities.

In the top of the eighth, Lahtela put his team in front with his 22nd home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came against Ismael Mena, made it 5-3, Toledo.

"I still think this team can play even better," Lahtela told the Toledo Citizen.

The losing streak for Hollywood has now reached 4 games.
