Hurricanes Fall to Bullets, 5-2
|
The MSL Baltimore Bullets got a strong performance from pitcher Gustavo Rivera, who stymied the MSL Cape Coral offense en route to a win, 5-2, at MSL Baltimore Ballpark. Hi-gor Sim recorded the save, his 5th. MSL Baltimore is in second place in the SL MSL with a record of 25-20.
The Bullets got a big at-bat from center fielder Rich Martin, who in the bottom of the third hit a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Bullets on top, 4-1.
Martin called the triumph "a good team win."
