Xue-qin Zhou had a big hand in MSL Oakland's 7-2 triumph over MSL Long Island. He rattled off 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scoring 2 times and knocking in 1 runs. Mathias Pujol got the win, improving to 2-1. He held the Lighthouse to 2 runs on 5 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 5 and walking 4. At 6-5, the Oaks are currently 5th in the SL MSL.
In the top of the fourth, MSL Oakland center fielder Armando Moreno had a productive at-bat. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and two out, Moreno stroked a 2-run single to right. It made the score 3-1, MSL Oakland. For the game, he was 3 for 5 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
