Kingfishers Prevail, 3-1, Over MSL Athletic Club KC
|
MSL Pittsburgh got an elite performance from starting pitcher Fu-quan Su in taking a 3-1 decision over the MSL Athletic Club KC U-18. Su got the win, improving to 4-3. He allowed 4 hits and walked 1 over 8 innings. Su allowed 1 run. The Kingfishers have an impressive 26-14 record.
The Kingfishers got a big at-bat from shortstop Luis Oliveira. For the game, Oliveira went 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 7th home run of the season gave MSL Pittsburgh a 3-1 lead.
