Walk-Off Seals 22nd Victory for U-18
The MSL Athletic Club KC U-18 and MSL Boston Patriots obliged fans looking for a good time.

The MSL Athletic Club KC U-18 topped the MSL Boston Patriots, 5-4, with youngster Chad Guitton playing a key role. Guitton went 2-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the U-18 in the win. MSL Athletic Club KC reliever Ernesto Bernal picked up the win to move to 1-2. Pedro Rodríguez suffered the loss.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with MSL Athletic Club KC trailing 4-3, Guitton hit a fastball from Pedro Rodríguez for a 2-run home run, giving the U-18 the walk-off win.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said MSL Athletic Club KC manager José López.

The U-18, at 22-17, sit in 4th place in the PL MSL.
