Memphis Music starter Akil bin Abbud was unhittable today at The Stage in Memphis.

bin Abbud beat the Ballard Beavers 5-0, breezing through the Beavers lineup en route to a no-hitter.

"I thought Akil started off a little slow and was struggling with his command at first," Music manager Jorge Baca said later. "He lucked his way through the early innings, and they helped him out by not being patient. Eventually, it all came together for him, and from there on the Beavers never had a chance. He dominated them."
