The Redwood Rhinos defeated the Ballard Beavers, 5-2, in USSL Low A action at The Beaver Dam. Redwood pitcher Angus Galloway had a standout performance. Redwood reliever Angus Galloway got the win, raising his record to 3-2. Gary Johnson was tagged with the loss. At 26-27, the Rhinos are currently 5th in the Silver Low A.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Jorge Vallejo? The Redwood right fielder had a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Rhinos on top, 2-1. For the game, Vallejo had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
