Chalmers Impressive in Ogallala Win
|
Darien Chalmers was in top form in a low-scoring contest between Ogallala and Plattsburgh. The Octopi right-hander helped his team beat the Puffer Fish, 1-0. Ogallala's record now stands at 13-20, placing them 8th in the Silver Low A.
Though he did not get the decision, Chalmers did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 7 innings, until Ogallala eventually rallied past the Puffer Fish.
"Got a lot of swings and misses today," said Chalmers.
