Cantú hits 2 home runs in Rhinos Win
The Redwood Rhinos beat the Germantown Uruguayans, 12-5, at Ballpark of Albuquerque. Redwood left fielder Ricardo Cantú had an outstanding performance. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 5. Jin-u Yong picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-0. Stephen Corbishley was tagged with the loss. The losses continue to mount for Germantown, which has now dropped 21 in a row.

The Rhinos got an important contribution from first baseman Lou de Klerk, who in the top of the second knocked a 1-2 slider into left for a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Rhinos ahead, 6-0.

"We bring energy to every game," said losing manager Jorge Carranza. "But it's got to translate into wins."
