Martínes Leads Ogallala to 3-0 Win
The Ogallala Octopi got a magnificent performance from pitcher Alejandro Martínes, who stifled the Redwood offense en route to a 3-0 Octopi win at Nebraska Aquarium. Nick Price closed the game out for Ogallala, earning his 5th save. The loss drops the Rhinos to 8-6.

The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Martínes. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the Octopi. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Rhinos, striking out 7 and scattering 4 hits over 7.2 innings. Martínes is now 3-0 on the season.

"We didn't score," said losing manager Dave Parrish. "That was the problem."
