Dominant Performance by Jordan in Hicksville Win
|
In a low-scoring affair between the Hicksville Hounds and the Beaumont Crossbeaus, pitcher David Jordan was the difference between victory and defeat. The Hicksville right-hander earned accolades in the 3-0 Hounds win. The Hounds, at 41-48, sit in 7th place in the Premier Low A.
The Crossbeaus had trouble solving Jordan, who surrendered no runs on 3 hits over 7.2 innings.
Hounds manager Phil Carroll raved about Jordan after the game. "I thought David was 'lights out.'"
