Wagner Paces Cattlemen to 1-0 Win
In a low-scoring game between Ft. Worth and Long Island, pitcher Joe Wagner was excellent. The Ft. Worth right-hander helped his team knock off the Lighthouse, 1-0. Marc Potts earned the save for Ft. Worth, his 8th of the year. The Cattlemen now own a record of 15-15.

Wagner worked his mojo for Ft. Worth. The hard-throwing right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 6 innings of work.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Long Island manager Michael Esposito.
