Hunt K's 10 En Route to 2-1 River Rats Win
|
The Columbia River Rats picked up a win at Columbia Stadium, knocking off the Grand Forks Caterpillars, 2-1. On the mound for Columbia was left-hander Joe Hunt, who played a pivotal role in the win. Columbia is now riding a 3-game win streak.
Hunt allowed 1 run on 2 hits over 7.2 innings for the River Rats. He walked 1 and struck out 10.
"Joe had electric stuff," said Columbia manager Kevin McCoy.
