The Grim Reapers defeated the Kennesaw Jets, 3-2, in USSL Single A action at The Coffin. Grim pitcher Ed Moore had a standout performance. Moore picked up the win for Grim, going 6 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1. Grim's winning streak has reached 4 games.
The Reapers grabbed the lead in the bottom of the fifth. With two out, Greg Kirkwood hit a 3-run home run off Guo-xiu Chio, putting Grim in front, 3-1. For Kirkwood, it was his 6th home run of the season.
