Vancouver picked up a win at Baltimore Grounds, bumping off the Baltimore Bullets, 4-2. Pitcher Juan Rayo was a major reason the Grey Wolves emerged victorious. With the win, Vancouver elevates its record to 3-4.

Vancouver used the timely hitting of Gerald Riley to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Grey Wolves ahead, 4-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Vancouver manager David Krause. "It's usually not just one thing."
