Led by Thomas Spencer, the Caldwell Chiefs defeated the Niagara Falls Expos, 8-5. Spencer went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Chiefs. Lyndon Lerwill picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-0. He struck out 3 in 6 innings. Joey Greco locked down his 22nd save.
