Krewe Deal Polar Bears 4-3 Loss
The Crescent City Krewe topped the Billings Polar Bears, 4-3, in USPL Double A action at The Igloo. The standout performance belonged to Crescent City pitcher and Sapulpa, Oklahoma, native Larry Bryant. Bryant, now 5-5, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 3, walking 2, and allowing no runs. The win makes Crescent City 59-40.

The Krewe got a lift from shortstop Lindsay Bell, who in the top of the second hit a 2-run double. His 13th double of the season put the Krewe on top, 4-0.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Bell said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
