Another day, another victory for the red-hot Crescent City Krewe.

The Crescent City Krewe picked up a win at Field of the Krewe, taking down the Virginia Beach Whales, 4-0. Starting pitcher Larry Bryant was a big reason why. The third-place Krewe have won 10 straight games.

Tian-yun Zeng dealt the Whales a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Crescent City leading 1-0, Zeng hit a 1-2 fastball for a 2-run double.

"The key at this level is throwing strike one," said Bryant. "Successful pitchers do it."
