The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks and Crescent City Krewe were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Crescent City Krewe topped the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks by the score of 8-0, with the largest share of the credit going to designated hitter Liam Hunt. Hunt went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Krewe. Vincent Sturm, the winning pitcher, is now 10-6. He went 6.1 innings, allowing no runs on 4 hits, while fanning 5 and walking 1.

Though it wasn't a flawless game -- few are -- the fans who filled the stands at Thunder Hawks Ballpark seemed to enjoy watching the USPL Double A action.
