Turbeaus Lose to Screaming Eagles in Walk Off
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles eked out a 3-2 win versus the Gulf Coast Turbeaus at Mercer Island Grounds. Nobody did more than pitcher Lorenzo Castillo. He was terrific. The first-place Screaming Eagles have won 4 in a row.

Denny Forbes was the walk-off hero for Mercer Island. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Screaming Eagles third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I like our moxie," said Screaming Eagles manager Ricardo Vargas.
