Thunder Hawks Losing Streak at 13 After Extra-Inning Loss to Polar Bears
The Billings Polar Bears topped the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 6-3, in USPL Double A action at The Igloo. The game was highlighted by the performance of Billings pitcher Carl Cooper. The winner in relief was Bob Robinson. He is now 1-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. Ft. Polk South is in the throes of a 13-game skid.

Marty Brandt won the game for Billings when homered off Dylan Ziersch in the bottom of the 11th.

"This place was electric at the end," Cooper said.
