Squirrel Hill pitcher Oliver Haddow did his part in helping his team beat the Crescent City Krewe, 2-0. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Fred Miller, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 3rd save. The Pierogis saw their record improve to 8-13.
