Losing Streak Continues for Atoms with 6-3 Loss to Ogres
|
The Olympia Ogres topped the Bethesda Atoms, 6-3, in USSL Double A action at The Ogre Den. The standout performance belonged to Olympia pitcher and San Antonio, Texas, native David Brandon. Guillermo Valenzuela recorded the save for Olympia, his 2nd of the season. The losses continue to add up for Bethesda, which has now fallen 8 times in a row.
Alfredo Robles helped out the Olympia cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the first baseman went 2 for 4 with 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI.
