The Minnesota Loons picked up a win at The Ogre Den, knocking off the Olympia Ogres, 5-2. Starting pitcher Dionísio Zagallo played a key role in the triumph. In 8.1 innings, Zagallo surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 0. He allowed 2 runs. With the win, Minnesota goes to 5-1.

Minnesota used a well-timed hit by Rob Ott to capture the win. The center fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Loons ahead, 3-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Ott told the Minnesota News.
