7 Straight Wins for Bowties
|
Buckhead picked up a win at 5 Paces Park, bumping off the Echo Park Lakers, 4-2. Pitcher Elias Visscher was a major reason the Bowties emerged victorious. Echo Park has now lost 4 straight.
Buckhead won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With no outs and Sun-ho Yang on the mound for Echo Park, left fielder Israel Cruz hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Bowties fans to their feet.
"Put a star next to this win," Visscher said.
