Sixshooters Fell Rails, 5-0
|
Jeremiah Cole was locked and loaded, helping the Westwood Sixshooters beat the Richland Rails, 5-0. Westwood is now 5-3.
Larry Harris had an important at-bat with two out in the top of the fifth, when he hit a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season put Westwood on top, 2-0.
"I don't feel you win baseball games by working harder than the other team or 'wanting it more,'" Harris told the Westwood Chronicle. "You win just by scoring more runs."
