Lynx Best Flyers, 4-3
|
The Calgary Lynx beat the Pennsauken Flyers, 4-3. Calgary pitcher and Minot, North Dakota, native Frank Baldwin led the way. Hyeong-ro Park earned the save, his 6th, for the Lynx. This win makes it 5 in a row for Calgary.
Calgary relied on the hitting of Thomas Inge to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Lynx on top, 4-0. For the game, Inge had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Pennsauken manager Mike Preston. "The effort was great."
