The Calgary Lynx got a magnificent performance from pitcher Salvador López, who stifled the Tortolita offense en route to a 3-0 Lynx win at Lynx Stadium. At 37-25, the Lynx are currently third in the Silver AAA.
Tortolita had little success against López and his cutter. López tossed 97 pitches over 7.1 innings for the Lynx.
"Salvador had electric stuff," said Calgary manager Steve Duncan.
