Fans watched the Pennsauken Flyers and the Calgary Lynx fight to the finish.

The Calgary Lynx wasted an impressive 8-inning effort from starter Chris Williams, falling 2-1 to the Pennsauken Flyers at Lynx Stadium. Pennsauken pitcher Fernando Rojas got the win. He's now 1-0. Hyeong-ro Park was tagged with the loss.

Pennsauken used the timely hitting of Fred McElroy to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Flyers on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We found a way to get it done," McElroy said.

The 5th-place Lynx have lost 4 consecutive games.
