The Sacramento Redlegs downed the Pennsauken Flyers, 4-2, at Sacramento Sanitation Station. Bryan McLehose led the way, going 2-for-3 for Sacramento. The winner was Seung-gwan Kim, who threw 102 pitches over 6.1 innings. The left-hander was charged with 2 runs on 4 hits. Bill Williams closed it out for his 1st save.

McLehose had no bigger at-bat than in the bottom of the fourth when the 25-year old third baseman hit a 2-run home run. The home run gave Sacramento the lead, 4-2. It was his 2nd home run of the season.

"We did enough to win," said McLehose.

The triumph puts Sacramento at 27-20 for the season.
