Dogfish Head Get 14-Inning Win
The Milton Dogfish Head picked up a win at Milton Corner Tavern, knocking off the Syracuse Starks, 7-6. Starting pitcher Juan Cruz was a big reason why. Milton reliever Willard Wilhelm picked up the win, raising his record to 2-1. Harold Hunter was tagged with the loss. With this game in the books, Milton is 47-39, Syracuse 28-58.

Milton won the game in the bottom of the 14th inning. With no outs and Harold Hunter on the mound for Syracuse, designated hitter Kelvin van Enk hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Dogfish Head fans to their feet.

"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Milton manager Gonzalo Velásquez.
